The Hot Love Movement

What is The Hot Love Movement?

We are a movement that has a simple belief that love is the most elemental building block of the universe. Not just any love, but a passion for humanity and the environment in which we live. We strive to expand the definition of an “eco-conscious” company to mean an active, aware organization that realizes the importance of the environment and the implications it has socially, politically and economically.

Our goal is to consistently operate at the highest level with respect to environmental practices, fair labor, innovation and using profit as a means to contribute to positive, sustainable change globally. All we ask is that you look around and get involved. Find your niche. Collectively, we can do our part in helping to inspire a generation.

What do we do?

In a nutshell, we make cool things out of materials that have minimal footprint on our ecological system. We then use a portion of the proceeds to fund projects that support sustainable infrastructure projects in economically disadvantaged areas.

Innovation is at the core of all we do. From t-shirts made of organic, sweat-shop free cotton using non-reactive dyes and water-based inks, to messenger bags made out of bamboo and recycled billboard vinyl, we are committed to using materials in a way that promotes our ecological system. Innovation doesn’t stop with new product development as we constantly strive to foster a community full of forward thinkers connected by a common goal of replacing the status quo.

How do we do it?

The Hot Love Movement is structured as a not-only-for-profit organization − the for-profit organization, The Hot Love Movement (THLM) − and the not-for-profit organization− The Project Sustain Foundation (TPSF).

THLM and TPSF work in tandem to achieve the shared mission of creating a shift in global consciousness through spreading Love, Peace, Sustainability, and Freedom of expression.

While the Hot Love Movement looks for innovative ways to give consumers responsible options, Project Sustain is focused on demonstrating the importance that sustainable development and the environment has far beyond global warming. TPSF is working to create models of self-sustainable development for low-income rural and urban populations in the US and abroad through the use of high-efficiency and low-cost technologies in the fields of renewable energy and agricultural science. The goal is to demonstrate tangible shifts in literacy rates, overall health, economic growth and political freedom just by addressing issues that most of us take for granted.
